In 1994, after moving from NYC to Perrysburg , OH , I discovered the 577 Foundation – a non-profit facility dedicated to art and nature. There I had my first experience with clay. While I'd been involved in art my entire life, as a painter and photographer, I had never touched clay. Since then I've attended many classes, seminars and workshops in order to fine tune my skills. Currently, I'm an active member of the Toledo Potters' Guild. Last fall one of my pieces, “Nebula,” was chosen for display at “Earth: Form & Function” at the Center for Visual Arts, University of Toledo .
